Abandonment of forty-two ( 42) sewer laterals on undeveloped Conservancy parcels. Abandoning the sewer laterals prevents excess water and other foreign materials from entering the sewer system and reduces South Lake Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD) treatment requirements. Abandonment is required under STPUD Administrative Code.
