Document Description
The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application to re-purpose an existing, vacant, 87,075 square foot storage and distribution warehouse for the manufacturing and distribution of corrugated paper products. The proposed facility would receive stacks of corrugated paper, cut the stacks into standard and custom sizes, glue and print the individual cut sheets and then ship the finished paper packaging product to the customer. The proposed facility intends to operate a single shift of thirty employees Monday through Friday. The operation anticipates forty (40) vehicle trips per day. Access to the facility is on the south side of the terminal end of Budweiser Court. Sewer, and storm water services are provided by County Service Agency-15. Water is provided by California Water Company. This property is not under a Williamson Act.
