The proposed UCI Center for Child Health/Medical Office Building (MOB) is a 168,500-gsf medical office building that would include adult primary and secondary care services in addition to previously approved pediatric medical home. The expanded program would also include approximately 64,400 gsf of shell space for future buildout, providing flexibility for growth of clinical and administrative functions, and a parking structure with up to 800 spaces to serve the larger building.
