LRCCD is proposing to construct a new instructional building for the expansion of the life and physical sciences departments in the southwest portion of Folsom Lake College, located at 10 College Parkway, Folsom, Sacramento County, California. The area proposed for the new instructional building currently consists of vacant land. The proposed construction , which is still in the design phase, currently includes the construction of one two-story, approximately 48,900 assignable square-foot/75,000 gross square-foot building with instructional, office and support spaces for the chemistry, biology, physical sciences, and career and technical education departments.
