The Project is limited to the consolidation of Cement Kiln Dust pile #3 (CKD-3) under a low-permeability cover, installing a leachate collection and removal system to control subsurface drainage, installing surface water drainage controls, and closing the CKD-3 site in compliance with Central Valley RWQCB WDR Order No. R5-2017-0077-01 and Title 27 Requirements.
