The overall goal of the project is to design and implement measures to improve water quality, restore impacted Stream Environment Zone (SEZ) habitat and associated floodplain, and achieve recreation and natural resource objectives within the project. The proposed project is designed to reduce impacts to water quality, enhance recreation and access opportunities, and provide for SEZ habitat restoration. The Project will not change the use of the site or surrounding area. The Project will benefit the natural environment with the implementation of the proposed improvements.
