Document Description
Construction of four new townhouse duplex buildings {total of eight dwelling units), and associated subdivision for condominium purposes, on an approximately 53,000-square foot (s.f.) (1.217 acres) undeveloped lot. Each dwelling unit would be three stories and include an attached two-car garage. The dwelling units would range in size from 1,592 s.f. to 1,795 s.f. The project would include removal of six heritage trees and 51 non-heritage trees.
