The transfer will occur south of the Delta and north of O'Neill Forebay and involves exchanges of State Water Project (SWP) and Central Valley Project (CVP) water to facilitate delivery of water to CVP Contractors Musco Family Olive Company, San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, and Del Puerto Water District. The transfer also involves a long-term change in place of use of DWR and Reclamation water rights.
