Document Description
Site Approval application for an unmanned trailer parking and storage facility for a maximum of 200 trailers. The project includes the construction of an 80-square-foot restroom building, and the removal of all existing structures and existing septic system. This project site is served by an existing private well for water supply, and proposes a new onsite septic system, and new onsite retention pond and bio-swale. Access to the facility will be permitted 7 days per week, 24 hours per day through a single, secured, gated driveway that fronts S. Hansen Rd. (Use Type: Truck Sales & Services – Parking)
