Document Description
DWR prepared a CEQA addendum to address a change in the project, increasing a speed limit of 15mph to 30 mph for construction equipment excavating sediment from the Tisdale Bypass. A speed limit of 15 mph would potentially put DWR over the air quality threshold for NOx due to equipment run time and efficiency. An increase in speed, with dust suppression and other air and water quality BMPs present, will not change the original IS/MND analyzed impact of air quality from less than significant.
