- The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project would use heavy construction equipment to remove sediment from the Tisdale Bypass. and involve staging and mobilizing equipment, clearing, mowing and removal of trees and shrub. The removed sediment will be deposited on the Bypass North Levee and Reclamation Road intersection on the Sacramento and San Joaquin Drainage District's parcels. The proposed project would excavate up a net removal of 400,000 cubic yards.
