The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0319-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Department of Water Resources, as represented by Mitra Emami . The Project consists of the use of heavy construction equipment to remove sediment from the Tisdale Bypass. The Project involves staging and mobilizing equipment, and removal of sediment f rom the Bypass.
