Proposed construction and operate a new general education center, in the City of Arvin at the southern end of San Joaquin Valley, California. The eventual maximum college student population is estimated to be approximately 1,000 students. The Project includes the construction of a 27,100 square foot general education and associated 260-space parking lot, pathways, and landscaping. The Project site would be primarily accessed from Varsity Road from the north and North Walnut Street from the south.
