Document Description
The Project proposal includes an Addendum to the previously certified 2020 Area Q Quarry Environmental Impact Report and to the 1993 Environmental Impact Report certified by the City of San Bernardino, which addressed the consolidation of adjacent aggregate quarries. The Addendum concludes that the consolidation would not involve any new significant environmental impacts or result in the substantial increase in the severity of previously identified significant impacts identified in the 1993 EIR and 2020 EIR. Operations will continue in a manner consistent with the projects that were previously analyzed in the 1993 and 2020 EIRs, with some minor variations. The Addendum accounts for the minor technical changes to previously analyzed projects.
