Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0603-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Francesco Lanzisera. The project is limited to installation of a new culvert for access to the cannabis cultivation site and use of an existing water diversion for domestic and cultivation purposes.
