Document Description
Issue Right of Entry Permit to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds to perform gas line replacement project. PG&E will replace existing gas lines under the roadway and return site to original condition.
All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and
Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act,
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
