The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0071-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Dockweiler 21, LLC. The project consists of the construction of a 96-lot single-family private residential development complex. The proposed project would also provide a public multipurpose trail adjacent to Sierra Highway. The project will also construct a new miscellaneous transfer drain (MTD) to extend existing MTD 1525 to the east through the project.
