Issue Right of Entry Permit to Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) to document conditions and conduct technical studies in Bothe-Napa Valley State Park for preparation of environmental documents and construction plans for the proposed Vine Trail.
All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
