Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0006-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to MWD as represented by Ms. Jennifer Harriger. The Project includes dewatering the San Diego Pipeline No.3 by releasing water through a 6-inch hose attached to a diffuser bag, allowing the water to travel over land and drain into Temecula Creek. The empty pipeline will then be inspected and maintained.
