The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0109-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Cloverdale Unified Union School District. The project includes the replacement of an existing dirt track and grass field with a new synthetic track and turf field as part of a larger stadium project. The project is limited to surface water draining from the new track and field to discharge to a bioretention area and then out a storm drain into an unnamed tributary to Cloverdale Creek.
