Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement number 1600-2018-0157-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to King Ventures. The Project is limited to the restoration of streams due to impacts created by the unauthorized removal of riparian vegetation, grading activities, installation of gravel, woodchips, silt fencing, and electrical box, and the dewatering of a pond within and adjacent to an unnamed tributary to San Luis Obispo Creek.

Reasons for Exemption
The Project includes the restoration of unauthorized vegetation removal, grading
activities, fill, and dewatering of pond within and adjacent to the unnamed ~ributary to San Luis Obispo Creek and will not include the removal of any trees or shrubs. No significant environmental impacts will result if the Project is completed under the protective features included in Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0157-R4.
