Document Description
Four culverts located at post miles 1.02, 1.32, 1.61 and 1.7 will be abandoned. Three culverts located at 0.8, 2.15 and 2.21 will be replaced. The three metal culverts being replaced are corroded and failing. New culverts will be plastic to resist corrosion. The abandoned culverts no longer convey current surface flows.

All work will be within Caltrans' right-of-way on paved surfaces and maintained dirt shoulder. Work will be temporary and highway traffic will continue to use the facility during construction. This culvert work is covered under a Routine Maintenance Agreement with CDFW; permit number 1600-2012-0061-R6.
