Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has both amended and extended the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MAD-13346-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The Project involves the replacement of three bridges as part of a larger State Route widening project. The Project will require the demolition of existing bridges and construction of replacement bridges within the existing State Route 99 right-of-way. Amendment 1 modifies the timeframe for compensatory revegetation/restoration and provides a 5-year extension for the expiration date of the Agreement.
