Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is within an earthquake fault zone, otherwise it would fall under the 15304 Class 4(a) exemption. Since there are no buildings planned, the fault zone is not considered an impact and therefore the common sense exemption can be applied for the relocation of an existing driveway.
