New Construction of Small Structures. The project is a private accessory structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. No pilings will be driven into the lakebed. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
