New Construction of Small Structures. The project is a private accessory structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31 unless under direct consultation with California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
