Document Description
Mount two signs, one on each end of the buoy line as per FERC requirements. These signs will be mounted to a post which will be drilled and mounted to the rocks on each end of the buoy line. Each post will attached using two½ x 4" bolts drilled into the rock to hold the signs in place. Hand tools will be used for the installation.
