Document Description
The proposed project would include the construction of an approximately 323,000-gross-square-foot (GSF) building (approximately 204,600 assignable square feet (ASF)). The new building would be constructed on the site of the UC Hall, which had a Seismic Performance Rating of V
and for which the exterior abatement and demolition of the building was approved as part of the SMR Work portion of this project. The project would include infrastructure and landscaping site improvements, including a new freestanding loading dock, a pedestrian promenade to the south, and streetscape improvements on Parnassus Avenue.
