Document Description
UCSF proposes to demolish four buildings currently located on the site of the planned New Hospital at UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center at Parnassus Heights (New Hospital). Four buildings (Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute (LPPI), LPPI Butler, LPPI Outpatient Center, and LPPI Paint Shop) need to be demolished before constructing the New Hospital. The project has been evaluated in the 2014 Long Range Development Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH 2013092047) and the Comprehensive Parnassus Heights Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH 2020010175). None of the circumstances that would trigger subsequent or supplemental environmental review under Public Resources Code Section 21166 and CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 or 15163 have occurred or are present.
