Document Description
This project will service two failed· pumps/motors at the Avenue 56 Overcrossing Pumping Plant on State Route 99 in Tulare County. Maintenance crews found both pumps to be non-functioning with debris in the sump area and storage box. Service is needed to prevent roadway flooding and closure during storm events. The scope of the work includes the temporary closure of one lane to access the failed pumps. Service will take place off-site. This project is needed to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, or essential public services.
