Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0898-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Mike Duguay. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment including the removal of a temporary corrugate metal pipe culvert crossing and permanent installation of a rock-armored vented ford crossing for the purposes of salvage logging under Emergency Notice of Timber Operations exemption 2-19EM 045-SHA permitted by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
