- The proposed project would result in the demolition of the existing office and industrial buildings and associated improvements and redevelopment of the project site with an approximately 326,581-gross-square-foot, seven-story multi-family apartment building with approximately 335 dwelling units, inclusive of 15 bonus units allowed through the provision of on-site affordable units per the BMR Housing Program (Chapter 16.96.040) (a minimum of 15 percent, or 48 units, of the maximum 320 units permitted by the Zoning Ordinance would be affordable) and an approximately 34,868-gross-square-foot office building and approximately 1,600 square feet of child care space, as well as associated open space, circulation and parking, and infrastructure improvements. A total of 320 unbundled parking spaces would be provided for the residential building and 93 unbounded parking spaces would be provided for the office building. A total of approximately 54,594 square feet of open space would be provided on the project site, including private residential open space, private child care space, common open space, and publicly accessible open space.
