A Director's Order was issued to replace failed culverts, rebuild embankments, clear plugged culverts. In addition, new drainage inlets will be installed to convey the flow of stormwater and to meet current design standards. These repairs are needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, property, and essential public services.
