Updated Initial Study Checklist filed with CEQA Neg Dec on 12/23/2019 by Reclamation District 2092. Section 10 of Checklist regarding hydrology and water quality has been updated to include additional information including three (3) references: Hydraulic Impact Analysis developed by MBK Engineers, Restoration Plan for Grayson Riverbend Preserve, and the Evapotranspiration Report developed by ITRC.
The project will restore vegetation on previously degraded primary and secondary floodplain lands along the San Joaquin River. Site preparation will include clearing debris and weeds.
