Approval of Permit No.2316-1, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6 for work within an adopted plan of flood control to replace the two Manning Avenue bridges within the James Bypass Designated Floodway and place Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, approximately 790 feet, on Manning Avenue linking the James Bypass East and West Overflow Channels. The proposed replacement involves constructing approximately 180 feet long by 44 feet wide 3-span precast slab bridge over the West James Bypass Overflow Channel; and constructing 70 feet long by 44 feet wide single span precast slab bridge over the East James Bypass Overflow
Channel.
