Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District (District) proposes to implement the Murrieta Road Transmission Pipeline Project (proposed Project) to construct and operate a 36- to 42-inch-diameter water transmission line from the Perris 11 Desalter Complex (Desalter) in the City of Menifee mostly in the Murrieta Road right-of-way to La Piedra Road where the proposed pipeline will connect to an existing 36-inch diameter water main in La Piedra Road about 250 feet east of its intersection with Murrieta Road. The proposed Project will provide capacity to transmit potable water from the Desalter to the existing main in La Piedra Road.
