The proposed Bradley Road Bridge Scour Repair Project would repair and protect four bridge piers, which are currently exposed and being undermined due to ongoing scour. The existing bridge is approximately 1,668 ft long by 27 ft wide and spans the Salinas River. The bridge is a 24-span steel truss and concrete girder bridge with 23 concrete piers and 2 concrete abutments. The proposed project would install cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) piles and retrofit of the damaged pier footing caps.
