- Applications for a Conditional Use Permit (P2017-l) and Environmental Initial Study (AEIS2017-2) for a proposed 6,267-square-foot commercial retail building consisting of a convenience store and a drive-through coffee shop on a 1.02-acre vacant parcel of land located at 8606 Graves A venue in the General Commercial ( GC) Zone (Assessor's Parcel Number: 384-142-21). AEIS2017-2 is an application that initiated review of the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). On June 10, 2020, the City Council of the City of Santee granted the following discretionary approvals for the project: Mitigated Negative Declaration (AEIS2017-2) and Conditional Use Permit (P2017-l).
