Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in cooperation with the Santa Barbara Association of Governments, City of Carpinteria (City), and County of Santa Barbara, proposes to construct a Class I Bike Path adjacent to the southbound lanes of U.S. 101 between Estero Street, near Carpinteria Avenue off-ramp in the City of Carpinteria, and Sand Point Road in the County of Santa Barbara. The bike path would be constructed almost entirely within Caltrans right of way, with a small portion in City's right of way.
