The proposed Project includes the repair, maintenance, replacement, and redevelopment of the Harbor Island West Marina. Demo a 23k SF building: replace with a new 15,682 SF building (45' height). Removal of 146,000 square feet of existing dock floats (620 boat slips), with the construction of 139,218 square feet of new dock floats (623 boat slips). Modernization of on-site fire safety equipment, utilities, and lighting. Landscaping, promenade, parking lot, viewing dock improvements.
