Document Description
Creation of a series of rain gardens. lateral planting areas, natural micro-bio swales, and habitat with approximately 160 trees and 2.000 understory plants. All plants will be native and appropriate for, site specific microclimate including drought-tolerance or riparian habitat. Project will divert storm-water to the Islais Creek Watershed via underground infiltration technology and removal of concrete. Californium Natural Resources Agency considered the Better Streets Plan-Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared by the Lead Agency.
