Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0028-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Victor Bertranou. The project is limited to maintenance of an existing 24-inch culvert on an ephemeral stream serving as primary access to a private parcel with both a residential home as well as a commercial cannabis cultivation site. No live vegetation removal is required, and any sediment removed will be done when the channel is dry and placed in an upland area. If replacement is deemed necessary, the project allows replacement using a 30-inch culvert within the original footprint.
