Document Description
The Shasta CSD Office Building Project will consist of constructing an office/community building and a maintenance building. This project addresses Shasta Community Services District's immediate need for an office to conduct daily business, hold board meetings, and perform maintenance after loss of their existing building in the July 2018 Carr Fire. This project also replaces the community of Keswick's Community Building. The Project will construct two buildings; the first building will house the community room and office; the second building will be used as a maintenance building.
