Document Description
The proposed project consists of the installation of dry wells at an existing well site to mitigate pump to wastewater currently draining into an existing onsite detention basin. The existing detention basin doesn't have the capacity to mitigate current pump waste flows.

The categorical exemptions have been evaluated for the proposed project. The installation of the proposed drywells will operate in conjunction with the existing wells and detention basin onsite. Therefore, this proposed project is not forecasted to cause any potential for significant adverse environmental impacts and qualifies with the requirements for Class 1 Exemptions.
