Reasons for Exemption
The Project has been determined to meet the requirements of the exemptions above and will not have a significant effect on the environment. No exceptions to the exemptions are applicable. The project involves construction of small facility structures. modifications to water main and other utility extensions at existing water supply well sites for purpose of improving water quality to meet regulatory standards. No expansion of water supply capacity is proposed.
