Document Description
The project will address specific plan topics such as land use, transportation, and infrastructure for the Patrick Henry Drive area. It will include development policies, goals, and design standards. The Specific Plan assumes build out of one of two scenarios. The first would include approximately 12,000 net new residential units and 310,000 net new square feet of non-residential uses. The second scenario would substitute office for high-density residential along the west edge of the Plan Area, amounting to approximately 10,300 net new residential units, 785,000 net new square feet of office, and 310,000 net new square feet of other non-residential uses. The Specific Plan qualifies as a project of Statewide, Regional, or Area-wide Significance. Please see attached separate Notice of Preparation document for a complete project description.
