Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019- 0200-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority's Paul Edelman. The purpose of the project is to conduct riparian habitat remediation of 3.16 acres. The project includes exotic species abatement, debris removal and grading, and native plant restoration.

Additionally, Class 33 section 15333 consists of projects not to exceed five acres in size to assure maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife.
