Document Description
The proposed project will include the construction of a motorized vehicle gate to control access to the site. A card key controlled pedestrian access gate is also being installed. The motorized gate will prevent trespasses onto the site and improve security.

The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this project.
