Document Description
This project will complete due diligence and planning for the placement of 5 conservation easements and 1 fee-title donation for conservation purposes. Activities include developing appraisals, property surveys, biological assessments, baseline conditions reports, environmental site assessments, and other transaction related documents. The intent of the conservation easements and fee-title donation would be to protect open space, wildlife habitat, and continued local agricultural values.
