Develop a regional Connected Communities - Trails Master Plan for a multiple-use trail system with strategic hut/overnight opportunities through mostly public landscapes. Provide a basis for SDAC communities in Plumas, Sierra, and Lassen counties to create a resilient and vibrant outdoor recreation economy. The plan will also identify areas within communities where trails would support local access.
